Lionel Spet has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since April 2001 and has acquired over 24 years of solid experience in litigation, particularly in business and financial criminal law and criminal defense.
Lionel practices before the Luxembourg criminal courts in financial crime cases, but also provides upstream advice on criminal matters to company directors, corporate officers, senior executives, legal and financial directors, compliance officers, financial sector professionals, investment funds, management companies, private and institutional investors, and shareholders.
With his cross-disciplinary expertise in criminal law and solid knowledge of corporate law, accounting, taxation, and financial regulation, Lionel Spet is able to support professionals, companies, and businesses in matters relating to corporate management, contracts, and strategic decisions where criminal law issues arise.
